Meet Patricia

Smiling older woman in a teal shirt signs a book indoors.

Patricia Steele is an author, genealogist, and storyteller whose work bridges heritage, imagination, and personal discovery. Her writing is inspired by history, travel, and the meaningful connections that shape who we are. Whether exploring Spanish immigration, crafting romantic adventures, or sharing personal reflections, Patricia brings warmth, authenticity, and heart to every story she tells.

A self-described West Coast girl who moved to the East Coast and back again twice, Patricia’s imagination has always been shaped by music, color, and what she fondly calls her rose-colored glasses. Since childhood, she has carried stories and characters in her mind, drawn to historical fiction filled with adventure, romance, and emotional depth.

Her sense of humor, love for anticipation, and passion for storytelling all come together in her writing, creating journeys that entertain, inspire, and connect readers across generations.
